This event is full of fun and laughter and requires creativity and mental team agility, not to mention seeing the most spectacular scenery the Southwest has to offer. Each team will be given a packet of instructions on the various challenges they will be given to score points. The challenges will range from a variety of questions on the Southwest, creating your own team cheer and team name, navigational skills (bribing your driver for answers or directions), your talents at games of skills such as horse toss from the vehicles, archery, roping "Babe" the dummy bull etc. The client also has the option to incorporate up to 10 questions about the company as part of the scoring process to make it more customized.

Design & Build Your Own Golf Course
Take your group out for a round of golf and they will become champions in teamwork. Shared vision, problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and cooperation build this golf course. Each team creates one themed hole using materials provided. For example, these themes might be nautical, jungle, sports, or your own products. Once the course is complete, it's time to compete, and the teams play the entire course.
This creative team building activity is approximately 2 hours long but may be modified and extended to fill an entire day. In addition to creating a hole, each team designs a chipping target, and then competes for points by chipping plastic Velcro golf balls. Awards go to the top three teams after competing for the "Most Creative Hole," the "Monster Hole," and the lowest score.

Mix team problem solving with a sense of risk in a memorable adventure on a Ropes Course. Your group may want to combine low and high ropes initiatives or experience just the low ropes program. There are several off-site facilities that host high and low ropes courses.
In a High Ropes package, creative problem-solving activities and low ropes challenges in the morning break down barriers and increase trust and communication within the team. After lunch, reach for higher levels of risks on ropes using the experience from the morning to solidify the comfort and trust zone. In a Low Ropes program, teams of 8-10 people participate in a series of low ropes stations provided to your site, or located off site. Teams tackle a series of challenges and debrief each experience, thus, developing team unity as the day progresses.

We also supply Burners, Pots, Aprons, Utensils..The facility will need to supply the perishable materials and the meat. While the gastronomical delights are cooking, teams will participate in some fun audience games: Coyote Call, Seed Spittin' and Tortilla Toss.

The missions may include Neutralizing Nitroglycerin, passing through holes in an Electric Fence, crossing an Acid River, Shuffling Bombs, Crossing a Mine Field, Retrieving a Bomb, and more. These challenges unite successful squads with trust, quick yet wise decisions, excellent communication, and prepare them for the final mission. The last and greatest mission is to build a freestanding structure at least 8 feet tall to transport a bomb (egg), untouched, to within 3 inches of the ground without the bomb sustaining any damage. This will diffuse the bomb and earn the squad reward points. Squads must use the points they previously earned to purchase supplies for the structure. Good teamwork is essential!

Super-Stars Inflatable Challenge
Test the competitive spirit of your teams with a Superstars challenge! Our games are designed for an athletic group who enjoy the quest for the gold. The officials are of the highest quality and understand competition, the games, and crowd control to assure everyone has fun.
Each participant receives a Superstars T-shirt and hat for the competition. The top third of the teams receive gold medals, the middle third receives silver, and the bottom third receive bronze. Everyone walks away a winner. Teams compete in both the Sports Skills Challenge and our Supergames team events for place points in each program.
The Sports Skills stations are inflatable booths with time limits to score the most points. A sample of the challenges are Football Passing and Punting, Baseball Pitching and Batting, Hockey Slap Shot, and Golf Chipping. Supergames activities can include Volleyball, an Inflatable Obstacle Course, and the Water Balloon Catapult.

Unify your team through a creative and fun team building exercises designed to bring out the survivors in your team. This Team Survivor competition divides the group into alliances who will rotate through different parts of the island competing in challenges for the rights to advance to the final "survivor competition."
All teams compete in the first 4 to 5 challenges, then the top 4 teams advance to the final "survivor competition."
The group will be divided into encampments. Each encampment will have teams that will rotate the various events. The encampments will have straw huts that will be used for water stations. Each hut will have a different colored top so the teams can identify which encampment they belong to along with event signs to assist in moving from location to location.
Each team will need to share ideas, arrive at a consensus and complete the challenges. With each successful completion of the challenge the team will receive materials and supplies to aid them in their final challenge.
