Reliable and efficient transportation is critical to any successful program. At Southwest Conference Planners, Inc. we take transportation very seriously. We own and operate a fleet of sedans, vans and mini-coaches. As a result we are able to consistently extend our high service standards to every transfer. Airport Transfers

Professional, uniformed Southwest Conference Planners staff welcome your group to the "Old Pueblo" by meeting them upon arrival at the bottom of the escalator, adjacent to the baggage claim area, visibly holding a sign stating your company namelogo. Our uniformed staff will be wearing blue and white stripe shirts with logo, khaki pants and a name tag. Your group members should identify themselves to the staff, who will check off their names and direct them to the appropriate carousel to claim their luggage, where their porterage has already been handled. Once luggage has been claimed, we will assist and direct them to their waiting transportation.
